FIELD: hydraulically driven tools for cutting, pressing or holding of parts; may be also used in emergency and rescue operations. SUBSTANCE: tool has an active part with blunt head. Guide bar is made of two supporting plates with gap between then for motion of active part. Plates have rectangular slots in which removable anvil in the form of combined thrust insert is installed. Curved deflectors for protection of operator's hands are made at base of supporting plates, together with then and from both sides. Removable combined thrust insert may be provided with wedge on one side, and two projections with triangle tooth between them from the other side, or wedge with round cutting part from one side, and flat riffled surface from the opposite side.
