FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: cryosurgery apparatus has heat-insulated reservoir for cooling agent in whose neck desiccant cartridge having L-shaped capillary tube is tightly secured; vertical section of capillary tube is brought out to cooling agent reservoir; cylindrical housing mounted on cartridge with horizontal section of capillary tube and discharge passage arranged inside it; they are hydraulically connected via expansion chamber. Discharge passage is provided with release chamber with thermocompensator and cooling agent chamber is brought in communication with pressure regulator made in form of inlet pipe union with valve having axial passage, taper seal and bore which receives the following components for engagement over bearing surfaces: bearing ring, flexible diaphragm and bush with outlet hole; envelope of release chamber of discharge passage is made for motion relative to cylindrical housing; thermocompensator is formed by bent tube; cartridge is connected with neck of cooling agent reservoir by means of bayonet joint with taper sealing member made of fluoroplastic material; expansion chamber is made in form of axial supply passage whose bottom portion is connected with discharge helical groove.
