SUBSTANCE: claimed glue melt comprises (wt parts): 0.5-20 linear block copolymer ABA; 2.0-50.0 linear block copolymer ABA; 1-5 star-shaped three-ray block copolymer (AB)₃X; 5.0-65.5 star-shaped four-ray block copolymer (AB)₄X; 1-10 polystyrene or polyalpha methyl styrene; 10-30 high molecular weight carboxy containing butadiene-nitrile rubber having Defo rigidity of 5-10 H and containing 8-40 wt % bonded nitrile acrylic acid and 1.15 wt % methacrylic acid; A is polymethyl styrene or polystyrene block; B is polybutadiene block; X is polyfunctional cross-linking agent. Characteristics of glue: exfoliation resistance is 7.4 kgf/sq. cm, swelling in transformer oil is 119%; binding strength to metal is 27 kgf/sq.cm; shore hardness is 65 Angstrom.
