FIELD: liquid purification methods. SUBSTANCE: polluted glycol solution is passed through recuperative heat exchanger into evaporating apparatus, wherein desired temperature is maintained by circulating solution through evaporator. Distillate from evaporating apparatus is successively cooled in recuperative heat exchanger and refrigerator. Condensed product is fed into collection tank. Vapor phase from the latter is directed by vacuum pump into separator and liquid phase is divided into two streams, one of them being directed by vacuum pump into separator and the second into regeneration unit of gas-drying installation. A part of reflux liquid from the regeneration unit is pumped into evaporator, amount of liquid being chosen such as to maintain boiling temperature in evaporator outlet that should not be, however, above decomposition temperature of glycol.
