FIELD: heating primarily tail-end buildings suffering poor circulation heating-system water. SUBSTANCE: circuit has mixing pump installed on connector between admission and return pipings and check valve mounted upstream of pump on return piping side. Connector between admission and return pipings is placed inside user's heating system and has bypass piping connecting it to admission piping section closest to user; admission piping section between connector and point of connection of bypass piping is closed, for example, by means of slide valve; connector mounts at least one or more throttles regulating amount and/or proportion of high-temperature and return water.
