FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: heat point of heating and hot water supply system includes supply and return pipelines of heat network, supply and return pipelines of the heating system, cold water pipeline and hot water pipeline, heat exchanger, water heater of hot water supply system, which is installed on the return pipeline of the heating system, pipeline with a flow control - a two-way valve and a temperature sensor, which connects supply and return heating pipelines; in addition, it includes a jumper connecting the sections of return pipeline of the heating system before and after the heat exchanger - water heater and equipped with a bypass control; return heating pipeline is equipped with a check valve located before the heat exchanger - water heater; as a sensor of two-way control valve, there used is a temperature sensor installed in hot water pipeline, and ratio of diameters of the pipeline attaching the supply heating pipeline and the first inlet of the two-way control valve, and return pipeline of the heating system before the heat exchanger - water heater, is 0.3≤D8/D4≤1.3, where D8 - diameter of the pipeline attaching the supply heating pipeline to the first inlet of the two-way control valve, D4 - diameter of return pipeline of the heating system before the heat exchanger - water heater. A plate-type heat exchanger is used as a heat exchanger - water heater at the heat point of the heating and hot water supply system.
EFFECT: considerable simplification of design of the heating and hot water supply system at simultaneous achievement of the mode of comparable flows of heating and heated media, and therefore, comparable pressure losses in the heat exchanger, economy of surface areas for arrangement of the heat point equipment.
