FIELD: two-stage rolling rocket. SUBSTANCE: a stabilizer with an oblique tail unit is installed on the rocket acceleration engine. The tail unit of the rocket head stage is installed relative to the longitudinal axis at an angle smaller than the angle of turn of stabilizing fins.
