FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: coffee mill has casing with milling bowl. Working tool and impeller are arranged on shaft of electric engine. Casing cover is provided with channels. Impeller is positioned below milling bowl made from perforated material. Cover has annular projection in the form of top half of circular toroid and labyrinth-shaped seal at inlets of all channels. Such construction allows sticking of ground coffee particles to bowl wall and bottom to be eliminated. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
