FIELD: domestic equipment. SUBSTANCE: mixer head has cutting member with two left-threaded blade screws secured in bearings on bracket. Axes of rotation of bearings are perpendicular to radii of head shaft. Axis of one screw is disposed in cutter bracket plane. Cover is designed so as to define semitoroidal construction with inner bead disposed in upper part of construction opposite shaft of half-coupling. Side surface of bowl is made rounded.
