FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with intestinal resection. A probe for transanal decompression at thickening for four fifths of intestinal lumen is introduced into the lumen of proximal intestinal department. Intestine is tightly tied up upon a probe. Distal intestinal department is fastened to proximal one above the line of artificial obturation like invaginational anastomosis type. At the same time a part of distal department is demucosed. Proximal department is deserosed. A probe is removed via anal opening. It is removed together with necrotized intestinal part. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of anastomosis, decreased traumaticity of surgical interference. 2 dwg
