SUBSTANCE: on should perform anterior rectal resection with apparatus anastomosis, restore colonic ligamentous apparatus at 5-6 cm height against anus. Then one should transfer colonic vertical segments into mesoperitoneal position, the value of both left and right colonic curvatures, moreover, corresponds to 110° - 120°. Then one should apply cross-sectional colonic department through the opening in small intestinal mesentery, apply the fragments of greater omentum through the tunnels in parietal peritoneum and fascia of lumbar muscle being at the level of cross-sectional processes of the second lumbar vertebra. The innovation suggested enables to avoid disease relapse.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
