FIELD: devices for mixing liquids; applicable in chemical, oil refining and oil producing industries. SUBSTANCE: plant has vessel, device for filling and emptying the vessel, mixer, pump and pipeline system. Mixer is made of three successively arranged slotted conical dispersers with central angle at vertex equalling 30, 90 and 150 deg, respectively. Sprayers are secured to end part of pressure pipeline having three lateral cutouts which communicate the internal space of pipeline with intercom space of dispersers. EFFECT: extended process potentialities of plant, higher efficiency and acceleration of process of mixing of liquids and reduced power consumption. 3 dwg
