FIELD: civil engineering; production of building materials and articles such as reinforced concrete pipes, tubes, rings, lighting and contact system support poles. SUBSTANCE: method includes operations of delivery of concrete, subjecting concrete mortar to vibration using vibrator installed between cylindrical forms and acting in radial and axial directions. Reinforced concrete moulding device has vibration exciter with fitted on vibrating member, pan and mould of concentrically arranged inner and outer forms. Rack with vibrating members is secured to vibration exciter. Distance between neighboring vibrating members does not exceed diameter of zone of effective action of vibration. Device is provided with vibrating member lifting/lowering mechanism. EFFECT: increased efficiency of manufacture of reinforced concrete articles, reduced power consumption for compacting of concrete and displacing zone of compaction (lifting of vibrating members). 16 cl, 6 dwg
