FIELD: mining and construction industries. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to impact-vibration devices used to compact concrete or fill-up soil and to drive oscillating conveyers. Pneumatic vibration exciter has body with upper and lower membranes and mobile mass with longitudinal conduit and conduit to supply compressed air anchored between them. Upper and lower parts of body are manufactured in the form of interconnected discs with conical surfaces facing membranes. Exhaust hole is made in one of them. Stepped branch pipe made fast to body is located in longitudinal conduit of mobile mass. In agreement with invention bigger step of branch pipe is mobile relative to smaller one. Upper part of mobile mass on side of longitudinal conduit has ring protrusion to contact with bigger step of branch pipe. Smaller step of branch pipe carries spring that rests with one end against bigger step of branch pipe and with the other end - against body. Such design of pneumatic vibration exciter enhanced efficiency of its operation as flows between chambers with movement of mobile mass decrease which results in disbalance of forces formed by pressure of compressed air. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency of pneumatic vibration exciter. 3 cl, 4 dwg
