SUBSTANCE: device is made in form of ring whose diameter is no less than diameter of revolving blades; ring is secured on helicopter below plane of rotation of blades. Besides that, helicopter is provided with parachute deploying mechanisms located below ring; these mechanisms make it possible to deploy parachute beyond ring. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
