FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device enables the pilot of the receiving aircraft to check relative position of refuelling drogue and fuel receiving device and rate of their closure in refuelling. Device is provided with the following components mounted on receiving aircraft: light source 1 made in form of center laser optical module 3 and two side laser optical modules 2 and 4, infra red laser optical module 5, video camera 6 with picture monitor 9 connected to its output, control unit 7 and coordinate computer 8 of refueling drogue. Optical axes of laser optical modules 2, 3, 4 and 5 and video camera 6 are adjusted relative to axis of receiving device. Light source 1, infra red laser optical module 5 and video camera 6 are connected to control unit 7 which is connected in its turn with coordinate computer 8 of refuelling drogue; coordinate computer is connected with video camera, control unit 7, aircraft automatic control system and picture monitor 9. Side laser optical modules 2 and 4 of light source 1 are mounted for axial displacement relative to center module 3. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 cl, 3 dwg
