FIELD: orthopedic stomatology. SUBSTANCE: when manufacturing of cast metal frame, frame models are formed, mold box is obtained which is then calcined at temperature of 1000-1100 C for 30-40 min. Thus dine, high-frequency melting of nickel-titanium alloy is performed at temperature of 1200-1250 C in the course of 20-25 s with subsequent cooling of mold box. EFFECT: cast metal frame of higher hygienic properties and reduced mass.
