FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has hollow female die with process and male die. Retention coating is brushed over the external surface of the female die. The male die is L-shaped and transforms on one side into cast metal crown coated with ceramic mass. The other side of the male die has neck and head positioned inside the female die cavity. Spring as double curved loop embraces male die neck in covering the head. The spring is out of engagement with the female and male die on the side of the female die process performing damping function. Spring ends are bent at an angle of 90-180 deg being fixed with the female die and process in prosthesis base. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in fixing removable denture. 2 cl, 1 dwg
