FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: method deals with applying tranexamic acid at the dose of 10-11 mg/kg in the complex of anesthesiological means during cesarean section at the stage of postnatal anesthetization that enables to decrease application of fentanyl and diasepam and other narcotic analgetics and tranquilizers in intra- and postoperative periods. EFFECT: higher efficiency to obtain new quality of anesthetization, decreased number of complications and that of bed-days, decreased expenses for treatment that leads to improvement of health in people. 2 tbl
