FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out premedication applying antihistaminic preparation (Dimedrolum at a dose of 10 mg) and cholinolytic preparation of peripheral activity (atropine at a dose of 0.5-1.0 ml as 0.1% solution) with following injection of analgesic and tranquilizing preparations. Moradolum and Tramalum are administered at highest single permissible doses as analgesic preparations and Diasepam is administered at a dose of 0.15-0.2 mg/kg of body mass as tranquilizing preparation. Anesthesia duration is observed to be 1-1.5 h long, analgesia effectiveness is 88-90.7%. Sedative action is observed to be sufficient in 89.7% of the cases, coming easily and accompanying with deep amnesia. EFFECT: no adverse side effects observed; stable state of respiration and hemodynamics; sufficient level of surgical stress protection. 1 tbl
