FIELD: mechanical engineering; pedal operated machines. SUBSTANCE: connecting rod has rod body with two heads one which is main head and the other, pedal head, mounted on both ends of connecting rod. Rod body consists of two spring-loaded parts hinge-connected to each other to provide rotation of pedal head, and limiter made in form of rectangular tube with slot and secured by screws for re-placing for adjusting the length of connecting rod on main head for engagement with rod body of pedal head made for limiting turning of head through angle of 55 degrees. EFFECT: enlarged sphere of application of connecting rod irrespective of type of pedal drive. 2 dwg
