FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: seal has stopper in form of hollow cylindrical housing with flange and bottom diaphragm with blind hole, and cap. Cap is made in form of hollow cylindrical housing with inner ring projection and bottom diaphragm with axially symmetric stop. Bottom diaphragm of stopper is arranged in space of its cylindrical housing at a distance from flange equal to 0.1 - 0.8 of outer diameter of cylindrical housing. Stop bottom diaphragm is provided with conical tip. Gasket of nonmetallic material is placed on bottom diaphragm of stopper. Design of stopper improves tightness and reliability of sealing.
