FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: claimed mix comprises (wt parts): 75 isoprene rubber; 25 butadiene rubber; 3.5 sulfur; 5 zinc oxide; 2 N-phenyl-N′ -isopropyl -p- phenylenediamine; 0-8 2-phenyl naphthyl amine; 2 stearine and 50 white black having specific absorption surface of 45+-10 sq. m/g, average particle diameter of 50 mcm. Plasticized mixture (80-90 C) is fed from extruder into cavity (preheated to 80-90) or special mold of the preset product configuration. Filling pressure is 20-25 kgf/sq.cm and maintenance time is 3 min/mm of thickness. Mixture is vulcanized under pressure at 145 C to obtain rubber having tear resistance of 38.5 kH/m, attrition resistance is 750 cubic cm/kW.h. Garway extrudability is 10 marks, ultimate tensile strength is 130-150 kgf/sq.cm, relative elongation is 600-700 %. EFFECT: improved properties of the rubber mix. 3 cl, 4 tbl
