FIELD: rubber industry. SUBSTANCE: regenerate is prepared by components mixing in rubber mixer at 130 C for 40 min and then treated on rolls at gap 0.15-0.20 mm. Regenerate has the following composition, mas. p.: porous rubber crumble waste 100; petroleum oil PN-6 25.7-28.5; styrene-indene resin 11.4-15.2; petroleum-polymeric resin 4.6-6.5; alkylphenolamine resin modified with 20-70 wt.-% tall pitch (molecular mass is 740-1780 Da and softening point is 75-90 C) 7.9-15.8. Rubber mass is obtained by mixing components on roll equipment, vulcanization in press is carried out at 165 C. Mixture has the following composition, mas. p.: rubber BS-45 AKN 27-28; SKI-3 11-17; synthetic fatty acids 1.0-1.5; petroleum oil 3.0-3.5; silica filler 21.86-22.75; 2-benzthiazolyldisulfide 1.0-1.1; zinc oxide 2.2-2.5; phthalic anhydride 0.4-0.5; sulfur 1.65-1.67; white titanium 1.5-1.67; indicated regenerate 22.0-24.5; alkylphenolamine resin modified with 20-70 wt.-% tall pitch (molecular mass is 740-1780 Da and softening point is 75-90 C) 1.0-3.5. Regenerate properties: rupture strength is 48-56 MPa; relative elongation is 300-320; softness is 2.9-3.5 mm; elastic recovery is 1.7-2.0 mm; volatile component content is 0.87-1.05%. Properties of rubber mixture with regenerate: conditional strength is 7.8-10.0 MPa; relative elongation is 55-60%; hardness is 80-87 units; strength of rubber with five-layer rubbered kersey is 5.8-6.2 kgf/cm2; wearing is 495-575 cm3/kwt x h.
