FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, surface tillage of soil. SUBSTANCE: working tool has tine with flat hoe fixed on tine and rippers disposed behind flat hoe. Axes of rippers are extending in parallel with rear cut of flat hoe wings. Rippers are formed as extension coiled springs, each having one catch. Extension springs are fixed with their catches in opposed relation in bracket mounted in tine opening. Other ends of springs are fixed with their coils in group of openings of brackets secured to ends of flat hoe wings. Brackets on flat hoe wings and in mid portion have Z-shaped form and are made by local deformation of flat hoe portion. Axes of symmetry of extension springs are disposed above lower cut of flat hoe. Extension spring coils are prestressed and fixed in flat hoe brackets. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 4 cl, 4 dwg
