FIELD: experimental biology. SUBSTANCE: experimental animals are subjected to effect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in order to induce immunomodulation in them. Guinea-pig is exposed to effect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons administered in total dose 200 mg for 4-12 months. Animal is inoculated with virulent strain H37Rv of tuberculosis mycobacteria in dose 0.1 mg. EFFECT: optimized immunomodulating effect; smoothing out of damaging effect of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. 2 tbl
