FIELD: experimental medicine, oncology, immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, pathophysiology, phthisiology. SUBSTANCE: guinea-pigs and rats are affected by polycyclic aromatic carbohydrates (PAC) at 200 mg total dose for 2-8 mo at subsequent introduction of virulent H37Rv strain of tuberculosis mycobacteria (TMB) at 0.1 mg dose supplemented by sodium glutamate at 0.1 g/kg body weight. Sodium glutamate is applied for 1-2 mo since the 15th d after the start of virulent TMB strain injection. EFFECT: wider spectrum of application fields. 2 tbl
