FIELD: medicine; otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: method involves creation of negative pressure in nasal cavity and nasopharynx. Oral cavity is sealingly put in communication with nasal cavity on outer side of arterial nasal passages or single passage, while closing other anterior nasal passage. Fluctuating negative or positive pressure is created in nasal cavity and nasopharynx limited by palatal curtain by the following movements: either sucking movement, or sucking air inflowing from communication channel between oral and nasal cavities, or blowing air in and out from oral cavity into communication channel. Medicament can be administered both into single and both nasal halves. Method is practicable with the help of apparatus comprising contrivances adapted to be sealingly attached to nose and to mouth, both contrivances are intercommunicated. Contrivance for sealing attachment to nose can be formed as alive, while that for sealing attachment to mouth, as mouthpiece. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 4 cl, 1 dwg
