SUBSTANCE: plant has a tank under vacuum and a vacuum-producing device. Vacuum-producing device uses inlet and outlet gas-liquid jet devices, vacuum and outlet separators, separator-waterlock, pump and a circulating pump. circulating pump outlet is connected to inlet jet device. Separator-waterlock inlet is connected to liquid outlet from vacuum separator and its outlet is connected to inlet of circulating pump. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency due to creation of conditions for more complete degassing of liquid working medium before its delivery to nozzle of inlet gas-liquid jet device. 5 cl, 1 dwg
