FIELD: petrochemistry. SUBSTANCE: plant has rectification column and vacuum producing device including liquid-gas jet apparatus, separator and pump. Gas inlet of jet apparatus is connected to top of vacuum rectification column. Outlet of jet apparatus is connected to separator and liquid inlet of jet apparatus is connected to pump pressure end. Pump suction end is connected to liquid outlet of separator with formation in said way of circulation circuit of liquid working medium to which distillate source is connected. Plant has distillate hydrofining system with main line for withdrawal of refined distillate to consumer. In this case, distillate hydrofining system inlet is connected to circuit of liquid working medium circulation and to distillate source.
