FIELD: testing and measuring equipment, may be used for calibrated tightening of threaded joints. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes base supporting measuring unit and loading unit electrically connected one with another. Loading unit has housing in which sleeve with central shaped opening is mounted with possibility of rotation, elastic member with gauge cemented to it is arranged normally relative to axis of opening. One end of gauge is secured to housing, its other end is kinematically joined with sleeve through L-shaped lever. One arm of lever is rigidly connected with elastic member, its other arm is secured to sleeve. Drum is mounted in housing under axis of main elastic member in parallel with it. Drum is in the form of stepped roller. Six additional elastic members are secured to one end of stepped roller. Six members are kinematically joined through L-shaped lever with main elastic member. Other end of drum is mounted with possibility of restricted rotation in bearing bush pressed-in to housing. EFFECT: automatization of measuring processes, simplified operation. 2 cl, 3 dwg
