FIELD: test engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device contains base, two coaxially arranged brackets and two posts, bushings, drive shaft, sensor of rotating angle, spanner wrench, mechanical motion transducer and unit reproducing operational vibrations. The bushings are designed for placement of a tested bolt with a nut. At that the bushings are arranged in corresponding brackets, designed to rotate and are spring loaded against the brackets in tangential direction by means of tensile plates. One bracket is mounted on the base and is able to fixedly travel lengthwise. The drive shaft is installed in the bracket, at that the shaft can travel and is designed to interact with a torque indicating wrench or nut runner. The sensor of rotating angle is connected to the drive shaft. A spanner wrench serves for interaction with the head of the tested bolt. The mechanical motion transducer, designed for interaction with the thread end of the tested bolt, is fixed on the base. At that the unit, reproducing operational vibrations, is made in form of a pneumatic hammer and is arranged against one of the ends of the reproducer of a thread connection on another post, which is rigidly secured to the base of the device.
EFFECT: extended technological capability and upgraded validity of reproducing operational conditions.
