Such reconstructed house has lower added part which is located along existing structure of house being reconstructed and upper added part which is located above existing structure of house being reconstructed. Erected above existing and added structures of house is common monolithic roofing, and erected along existing structure at its one side are pylons through its entire height. Oriels and/or loggias can be arranged between aforesaid pylons. Layout configuration of apartments in existing and added structures of house will be similar due to extending old apartments into added structure of house. Added part of house is provided with elevator systems for serving entire house, and staircase units are provided with ramps for wheeled chairs of invalid persons. Aforesaid design solution of dwelling building provides additional living floor area and imparts new architectural appearance to earlier built-up regions. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 3 dwg
