FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this relates to erection of multistory dwelling buildings. Building is made up of blocks with different number of stories. Some blocks are made with displacement of flooring disks through part of storey height with creation of apartments at several levels and these blocks are located alternately with other blocks in which flooring disks are located at one level and in which located are staircase-elevator units. Building blocks have through-passing corridors located through storey and connecting staircase-elevator units of blocks and apartments of each block. Lateral walls and flooring disks of some blocks are made of cast-in-place reinforced concrete. Longitudinal axis of building is of broken contour in plan. Angle of breakage of axis is within . Building is provided with pylons and pillars. One of blocks is created of two half-sections located at angle of β to vertical lateral plane passing through point of breakage of longitudinal axis of building. Angle is determined from relation β = 180°-α.. Strip foundations are provided at top with reinforced concrete levelling band. Cast-in-place flooring slabs are made with ribs, and distance between axes of ribs exceeds thickness of flooring slab by 9-15 times. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 41 cl, 20 dwg
