FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, drilled in deposit are vertical injection wells which open water-bearing layer of bed near its lower boundary. Also drilled are vertical producing wells which open layer near upper boundary. Then, water is injected into water-bearing layer and oil is recovered. In addition to vertical wells, drilled in deposit are horizontal injection wells as well as horizontal producing wells. In this case, horizontal bore-hole of injection wells is located in water-bearing part, therefore injection of water through all injection wells is performed into water-bearing part of bed. Application of aforesaid method allows for increasing final and current oil recovery from deposit with underlying water due to retarded intensity in increasing watering. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
