FIELD: immunoassays. SUBSTANCE: test preparation is added to samples in concentrations corresponding to the range of daily therapeutic doses and calculated for absolute number of mononuclears in patient's blood. Then, spontaneous rosette formation is estimated. When this process is reduced by 50% or more as compared to reference, preparation is regarded as indicated in the corresponding dose.
