FIELD: automatic control; switching devices of various actuating elements; control systems. SUBSTANCE: device has power supply buses, storage capacitor, coupling member, two switching members, two control buses, two operational amplifiers, current sensor, two reference-voltage shapers. Storage capacitor is charged and discharged by adjustable-amplitude current which enables doing it with current pulses of maximal amplitude much lower than in prototype but of higher duration. Maximal input power reduces accordingly. Reduced amplitude of pulses and their increased duration reduce power of electromagnetic pulses emitted during device operation and shift electromagnetic oscillation spectrum to lower-frequency range. EFFECT: reduced power requirement and electromagnetic noise. 2 dwg
