FIELD: automatic control systems. SUBSTANCE: transistor switch has first transistor, the emitter of which is connected to bus of power supply source, its base is connected to switch control input, and collector is connected to base of second transistor of the opposite structure. Load is connected to emitter of second transistor, the collector of which is connected to bus of power supply source through parallel-connected capacitor and resistor, and to base of first transistor, through reference member. EFFECT: exclusion of device spontaneous energizing in case of abrupt change of voltage. 1 dwg
