FIELD: medical engineering; ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: device has body, cylinder consisting of two cavities, nozzle, power and shaping members. Power member is positioned in upper cavity of cylinder, and lower cavity of cylinder contains medicinal preparation. Power member includes conducting liquid, discharging electrodes and air buffer. Lower and upper cavities are located directly in cylinder, and they are separated by piston. Lower cavity of cylinder is capable of changing the volume and serves as dosing facility of medicinal preparation. Shaping member is made as groove, depth of which is equal to width of eyeball conjunctiva tissue. Nozzle axis passes in middle of groove cross-section. EFFECT: improved operational characteristics; dosed and painless injection. 2 cl, 4 dwg
