FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: Strain M. morganii N 4102 is isolated from sick child with enteric infection and deposited in Collection of The State Scientific-Research Institute of standardization and control of medicinal and biological preparations at number 242. Conditions of culture storage: after lyophilic drying or culture grown on 0.3% plain agar (pH 7.2-7.4) poured with sterile Vaseline oil at 4 C. Multiplication media: Hottinger broth (pH 7.2-7.4) containing 5% rabbit erythrocytes for 20 h. Genetic features of the strain: Hly+, Ent+:penR, Hag(MS+/MR+). Strain shows resistance to penicillin, ampicillin, erythromycin, methicillin, lyncomycin, tetracycline, gentamycin, streptomycin. Invention can be used for production of thermolabile enterotoxin and anatoxin from M. morganii at vaccines production. EFFECT: strain indicated above. 1 tbl
