FIELD: pulp-and-paper industry. SUBSTANCE: cellulose is dissolved in tertiary amine-N-oxide and solution obtained is brought in contact with water bath for coagulating regenerated cellulose. Exhausted bath containing water and tertiary amine-N-oxide is treated be strongly basic anion- exchange resin. To be reused, resin is regenerated into hydroxide form being successively treated by aqueous solution of strong inorganic acid and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution. Regenerated resin may be reused in hundreds of working cycles with no considerable loss in its productivity, its lifetime exceeding 2 years. EFFECT: reduced cost of cellulose coagulation process due to reduced expenses on coagulating bath. 18 cl, 5 tbl
