Gas section of liquid-and-gas jet apparatus is connected to vapor-and-gas phase discharge main; liquid section of jet apparatus is connected to pump outlet; apparatus outlet is connected with separator. Mixer is connected to pump inlet on side of its outlet and on side of inlet it is connected to liquid fraction discharge main of rectifying tower and to separator on side of liquid outlet.
