FIELD: mechanical engineering; regeneration of vibration energy in driven machines. SUBSTANCE: pulsator case accommodates shells and pins. Blades are built integral with toothed disks. Rotor has annular working space and seats for contactors revolving on rotor shafts. Wall thickness of tubular contactors is greater than height of blade sections protruding to working space. Components with sealing surfaces are mounted for correcting clearances and for their hydraulic unloading. To this end, blades and disks are built up of two parts joined to case by means of dowel pins. Blade comes in contact with rotor through movable strap. Unloading grooves are provided on surfaces of contactor shafts. Working medium inlet and outlet channels are unidirectional with blade channels and shell holes.
