FIELD: tyre industry; truck tyres. SUBSTANCE: method comes to placing chafers and layers of carcass onto building drum or putting on band, expanding drum and fixing bead rings, with subsequently forming and turning layers onto tyre bead. Forming is done after placing of breaker and thread layers. Bead ring is installed in zone of building drum seat groove at a distance from shoulder corresponding to its height.
