FIELD: building industry. SUBSTANCE: composition for preparing composition materials has mineral filling agent at acidity modulus 1.5 (not less) and an organic binding agent at amount 11% of mineral filling agent mass , not above. The latter has low-toxic carbamidoformaldehyde resin synthesized by three-stage polycondensation of carbamido-containing substances and formaldehyde in media of transient acidity in the presence of amino-containing compounds at total mole ratio carbamide : formaldehyde = 1:(1.0-2.10), respectively. Used resin has 8-11% methylol groups, 24-40% tertiary nitrogen atoms and 22-27% cyclic products of polycondensation. Composition is used for building heat-insulating material producing.
