FIELD: earthmoving and transportation machines. SUBSTANCE: scraper ladle has bladed thrower with concentrically arranged immovable and movable shells, front shutter, rear movable wall and wheels. Ladle is fixed on U-shaped frame and is provided with cutting drum whose diameter and height are in conformance with height and width of ladle. Cutting drum is driven for rotation by, for instance, two hydraulic engines with axially aligned drive shafts and is movable in vertical plane for predetermined value. Cutting drum serves as ground cutting member, ground throwing member and auxiliary unloader-leveler used in the process of discharging ground from scraper ladle. Loading of ground into ladle and ground discharge processes are controlled in accordance with predetermined program by microprocessor. EFFECT: increased efficiency in charging ground into ladle, increased volume of ladle and enhanced reliability in operation. 7 dwg
