SUBSTANCE: device has synchronization unit, upper and lower threshold generator, first frequency loop and serial circuit of first commutator, first memory unit, first unit of gates, second memory unit, second commutator, threshold gate, unit of decoders, second unit of gates, third commutator, third memory unit, fourth commutator, accumulating adder, maximal value selector. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced two additional frequency loops, two buffer registers, maximal value selector and pulse distributor. This results in possibility to eliminate time mismatch of signal arrival and start of writing samples of its amplitude to memory locations. EFFECT: increased stability to noise. 9 dwg
