FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying posterosagittal access with cutaneous incision between the anus and coccygeal bone. Adducting and abducent ends of the vagina are mobilized after performing resection of the cicatricial block. Vaginal regions anastomosis is applied with broken line of connection providing for its elongation. Urethrovaginal fistula being the case, the fistula is additionally disconnected. Opening in the urethra is sutured. The urinary bladder is drained. Natural urine passage is restored later. Endoscope is introduced into the distal segment of the urethra. Rigid guide is introduced into the neck of the urinary bladder. Cicatrices are dissected from the side of the distal segment of the urethra under endoscopic control with prolabial end of the guide being reference point before opening the urinary bladder. The urethra is catheterized. EFFECT: radical reconstruction of the vagina enabled. 2 cl, 1 dwg
