FIELD: medical instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for determining concentration of hydrogen ions (pH) in biological media, for pH measurements in osophagus-stomachic tract of human being. PH-probe has measuring circular antimonic electrodes which are rigidly secured on bushes, hermetic hose pulled over bushes. Working end of hose is made hermetic by fitting cap over it. Chlorine-silver comparison electrode with electrolytic key is located in individual non-metal casing. Probe is provided with removable head-piece which carries comparison electrode in recess made in its upper surface. Electrolytic key of comparison electrode is in contact with wick which via through-hole connects recess in upper surface of head-piece with cylindrical space in lower surface of head-piece. Axis of cylindrical space is displaced relative to axis of recess in upper surface of head-piece. Weight is fastened to end of wick. Removable head-piece has second through-hole which is located close to recess in upper surface of head-piece. Inserted through this hole is hose of pH-probe with measuring electrodes. Application of aforesaid probe allows for improving measuring procedure due to reliable contact obtained between pH-probe and liquid medium. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
