FIELD: medical instrumentation. SUBSTANCE: this device can be used for determining concentration of hydrogen ions (pH) in biological media and particularly for gastroenterological pH measurements. PH-probe has comparison electrode located in non-metal individual casing, measuring circular anemonic electrodes which are rigidly secured in bushes. Pulled over bushes is hermetic elastic sheathing in the form of hose. Also provided are wires which connect electrodes with plug-socket connecting unit. Chlorine-silver comparison electrode is coupled to plug-socket connecting unit by separate wire. Probe is provided with polymeric tube passing inside hose. One end of tube protrudes outside through sealed around hole in hose before connecting unit. Other end of tube is hermetically attached to head-piece inside hose. Head-piece is hermetically connected with hose and has through-hole which transfers into hollow of internal tube. Wires which connect measuring electrodes with plug-socket connecting unit are located in hermetic space between internal surface of hose and external surface of internal tube. Application of probe allows for free introduction of standard irritants or medicines into stomach at level of measuring electrode, and also for taking out content from stomach when needed. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
